Job DescriptionThis is HR Business Partner position:
HR Business Partner is to provide first line HR consultation and advice to Business Heads on people related matters impacting their business. This role is expected to operate in partnership with business managers in Japan as a trusted advisory for them supporting internal clients group to achieve their business and firm-wide goals and objectives by effectively delivering solution for people agenda.
RequirementsDegree qualified with a strong academic background
At least 3 years of relevant experience in HR, preferably experienced in a proactive HR Business Partner role
Strong English and fluent Japanese communication skills both written and oral
Well rounded experience across a range of HR disciplines (recruitment, talent management, training, compensation, organization development, sensitive employee relations, disciplinary actions, etc.)
