Job DescriptionThis is a HR Business Partner position:
- provide ongoing consultation for Talent and organizational development, coaching, change processes and strategy development.
- Working with local and global leadership teams developing and execution of Talent initiatives within each function.
- Working with leaders as a change agent and strategic partner through business changes within individual teams.
- Leadership development and coaching, HR process development.
Requirements3+ years in HR Functional experience.
Leadership and coaching ability with OD.
Fluent Japanese with good English communications
