Job DescriptionThis is a HR Business Partner position.
HRBP providing consultations, solutions and help leaders, execute and in the areas of Talent Development, Staffing & Recruiting, Organizational Development, Performance Management and others.
HRBP works directly and closely with company executives and other senior leaders of the organization. HR Cooperative, other such parts Talent Management Group, Labor / Employee Relations, Compensation & Benefit Group and Operations Group.
This role will be a combined role with other HR CoE functions, such as Talent Management / Compensation & Benefit / Labor Relation and etc. Will assign based on the experience and / or development perspectives.
Required to work with HR colleagues to consider the strategy HR initiatives and control its operation as a role of HR CoE.
Working in both Japanese and English
Team player with strong communication skills
