Job DescriptionThis is a HRBP/HR Generalist position:
Work within the company Plant(s), set up and analyze organizational issues, and to plan and execute solutions.
-Organization design, verification and planning of appropriate personnel
-Recruitment (full-time, temporary, part-time workers) and introductory training
-Human resource retention
-Stocking employee skills, consulting skills development tools
-Performance management and performance evaluation
-C&B management (payroll, bonus, hourly pay)
-Time management, review and planning of work system
RequirementsGeneralist with experience in multiple HR business areas (eg hiring, training & development, system planning, payroll, performance evaluation, employment relations etc.)
Business level Japanese
English ability to write reports
PC skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Experience in problem setting and analysis, solution planning
