Our client is an HR consulting company with operations in Apac.
The company is an international consulting company conducting an HR audit for their client's APAC operations. This role is to give them the ability to conduct this HR audit in Japan.
For this project in Japan they wish to hire an experienced HR expert to conduct the HR audit in Japan, check all compliance with labor laws, make corrections if necessary and train staff to remedy any issue detected.
The project will be for four months.
The reporting line is into Hong Kong and there will be weekly communication by telephone calls and skype. All communication with the line manager will be in English therefore good Business English is required.
This would suit someone coming out of corporate life and either looking to extend their career or to use this opportunity to jump start a career in HR consulting.
The position requires strong English skill to communicate with the APAC project leaders. You will also display expert knowledge of Labor Laws in Japan.
