Main responsibilities include
- Revising, planning, developing and implementing HR training programs as well as promoting diversity programs and activities.
- Internal lecturers in various training programs
- Data analysis of personnel information

- 5+ years of experience in talent development, OD or D&I
- Native Japanese and business English (TOEIC 800+)
- Communication and team work skills
