Job Description
This is a HR/GA Specialist (Acting Manager level) position

Job Summary:
Looking for a qualified GA/HR Specialist to oversee all human resources operations as well as general administration to ensure they’re aligned with the business goals.

Ideal candidates should have solid experience with HR practices and employee management.
Main Responsibilities HR + General Administration, Consult with line management and provide daily HR guidance.
Contact for labor union including correspondences with legal attorney.
Resolve complex employee relations issues and address grievances.
Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale and increase productivity and retention.
Provide/Update HR policy guidance, Implement/Improve HR tools, Implement/deploy/maintain HR related IT platform Labor Visa management for non-Japanese employees.
Identify training needs, coordinate and evaluate for teams and individuals Leading HR related projects with guidance of head of Admin.

Proven work experiences in GA/HR roles
Fluent Japanese / Business English
