Job Description:

As a HR Generalist, you will be in charge of the following tasks from those that are easy to utilize your experience, and gradually expand the range of activities.

・Labor management (salary, social insurance, regulations, labor and management, welfare, etc.)
・Personnel planning (personnel allocation, organizational structure)
・Personnel system planning and operation (evaluation, treatment, transfer), etc.

After that, through job rotation including transfer between bases such as head office, factory, research institute, etc., deepen understanding of memory business, and in the future HR strategy planning, talent management, global HR management, etc. Will be active as a specialist.

Requirements

・Personnel with at least 2 years of work experience

・English ability of reading and writing emails and documents (TOEIC 600 points standard)
