職務内容 The Position
This is a HR Generalist opportunity.
The main areas of focus are involving intermerediate level administrative work within HR - Employee relations, Compensations reviews, some data transfer, travel arrangements, coordinations, overseas staff arrangements
Onboarding and Offboarding.
必要なスキル・経験 Required Skills and Experience
Communication - Native level Japanese with fluency in English. (Written ability is key)
HR Regulations - Labor laws, Disability hiring, agent temp laws
Client service oriented.
Taxation/payroll experience is a plus
