Job DescriptionThis is a Head of HR Position.
- Oversee and manage the HR division (10+ staff)
- Implement HR strategies working with local and regional leadership teams to secure the growth and success of the short and long term goals of the business.
- Guiding and implementing strategic and tactical HR initiatives aligned to business/organization’s objectives
- Work closely with each HR area to improve each functional area
RequirementsSolid experience in HR leadership.
Management experience of more than 5 staff (Direct Reports).
Strong background with leadership in each HR functions.
Solid Japanese and English communication skills.
Someone who can integrate into an open and young environment.
