職務内容 The Position

This is a HR Manager – HRIS and C&B strategy.

Their business expansion leads to the need of a strong talent in their HR team. Today, they are looking for a candidate to be in charge of strong projects concerning HRIS, Payroll Outsourcing as well as C&B strategy. Working directly with the HR Director and the CEO, you will lead projects, handle C&B strategy, advise the HR director and the CEO for strategy and drive changes in the organization. As this position offers strong career opportunities. They are looking for candidates who will accept the challenge of planning, improving, proposing and implementing strong initiatives. The team is driven and motivated to be knowledgeable partners to stakeholders and partners. They are collaborative in problem-solving, with high tenacity in challenging situations.

必要なスキル・経験 Daily tasks, Required Skills and Experience

·         Overseeing HR projects in collaboration with teams in France.

·         Work with the HR director, the business directors and the HRBPs to support organization plans led by the HR directors and HQ.

·         Working closely with the Success Factor project team in France, and Japan HRIS specialist.

·         Create actionable and bilingual deliverables: communication plan, sponsor roadmap, incentives plans

·         Overseeing the total reward (C&B) strategy, handling market research and provide insights to senior management. Provide trend forecasting.
