職務内容 - The Position:

This is a HR Manager position for the production team.

The business constant expansion in Japan leads to increase the needs of their HR Team. Today, we are looking for candidates that will accept the challenge of strengthening the Japan branch’s in ways that are both simple and effective. As a member of the HR team, you will conceive practical and creative ways to provide HR Guidance for the Production teams and staff. The team is driven and motivated to be knowledgeable partners to our candidates and hiring managers. They are collaborative in problem-solving, with high tenacity in challenging situations.

Requirements

必要なスキル・経験 - Required Skills and Experience:
• Facilitate in-person harassment awareness training sessions to production talent and crew members in Japanese and Korean languages
• Work closely with cross-functional partners to provide guidance and recommendations around labour standards, especially with regards to child actors/minors on set and other applicable local and international child labour standards
• Assist with the understanding of local working practices in both Japan & Korea
• Conduct investigations collaborating with PSC and the Employment legal related to workplace fraud, harassment, discrimination and safety
• Partner with external production companies to provide support and guidance on people issues
• Manage all employee relations matters within production
• Embody our culture through behavior and interactions
• Invite and promote constructive and ongoing feedback
