You will be a trusted advisor and partner to functional management teams.
Support as a HRBP for effective employee selections, development and engagement.
Areas of coverage will include: Stakeholder management and strategic alignment, C&B, Performance Management, Development, Employee relations.
You will work with APAC HRBP, HR Ops transformation manager, global talent acquisition manager.
RequirementsExperience with both Operations and Strategic HR
Strong communications in Japanese and English
Experience in HR Generalist role and recruitment.
