- Managing all Employee documentations, design and development and On-boarding
- Managing and preparations for employee contracts.
- Payroll vendor Management
- Expatriate Ren, Visa and Relocation support.
- Performance Management, Appraisals,
- Development of Strategic Recruitment plans aligned to the needs of each functional area.
Requirements- Bilingual with Fluent Japanese and English
- Knowledge of Labor Laws
- Strong Planning, organization and time management.
- Good IT Skills
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment.
