Job Description
[HR Manager]
- Develop the leadership capabilities within the organisation
- Utilize professional expertise to drive the development and implementation of talent management processes
- Plan and maintain workforce evaluation, promotion planning, and succession planning programs
- Work with finance and recruiting functions to track headcount and position requirements and develop hiring strategy
- Train managers and employees to address all kinds of employee relations issues

• Few years of HR experience, especially Talent Acquisition or Talent Management
