Job Description
HR Manager who will be responsible for:
・ Entry/exit procedures
・ HR information data management
・ Personnel appraisal procedure
・ Various company insurance procedures and year-end adjustment procedures Review of personnel system operation and content
・ Revision of employment rules
・ Examination and operation of measures based on labor law revision In-house support and labor management as HRBP
· Health Check-up and Attendance management

Requirements
・ Over 10 years of HR experience including salary and social insurance procedures
・ Knowledge and understanding of related laws and regulations
・ Problem solving and negotiation skills ·communication ability
・ Hands-on support on HR matters
・ Native level Japanese
・ Business level English (email, telephone conference, etc.)
