Job DescriptionThis is a HR Manager/Lead position with 1 subordinate.
You will work closely with the General Manager as a key HRBP, contributing the business and growth strategies.
Covering areas of Organizational Development, recruitment, end to end Talent Management and development, employee retention and engagement.
You will also focus on driving the talent pipeline, training and development, succession planning and oversee the General affairs in HR.
RequirementsBachelor's degree or higher
Over 5 years experience in HR ideally in a commercial environment
Management experience and the ability to develop others
Native Japanese level and Fluent English ability
Strong communication skills
