Job DescriptionThis is a HR Manager opportunity:
Overseeing the successful structural growth in Japan which will double in size this year.
Engaging in Recruitment, business structure and development
Responsible for all HR Matters within the business with 1 subordinate
Working directly with the CEO on Organizational development.
Requirements- HR Generalist experience with strong knowledge in Recruitment, organizational structure , Labor Laws.
- Someone who is excited to work in a startup environment
- Fluent in Japanese, business level english and also it is preferred to have Chinese speaking ability.
