Job Description
This is a hands on operational as well as strategic position.
Oversee and support the operational HR functions, including Talent Acquisition, Talent management and development, Compensation & Benefits.
You will be involved with HR Systems, processes and policies
Supporting business strategies and partner with the leaders on budgets, headcount management, team building.

Fluent in japanese and strong English communications ability.
Hands on operational HR experience especially covering employee relations, Talent Acquisition, Talent development.
The ability to work with senior management and work in a growing environment.
