Depending on your experience, you will be responsible for some of the following tasks.

・Payroll, social insurance procedures
·Attendance management
・Entry/exit procedures
・Transfer contract management
・Introduction/improvement of personnel system
・Correspondence to law revision

Requirements
Required experience/skill
• Experience in salary, social insurance and attendance management (more than 2 years)
• Basic knowledge of labor laws and related laws (*experience of normal operation + α)
Desirable experience/skills
• Labor experience at a company with more than 1,000 employees
• Experience of revision of work rules and personnel system
• Experience in introducing personnel and payroll systems
• Experience in organizational organization and personnel evaluation system operation
