This is a HR Operations Manager opportunity.
You will oversee the BPO and members of personnel operations (HR information management, salary calculation, social insurance reporting, etc.).
As main project
• Restructure human resources operations
• Management of own departments related to the project and various coordination with other departments
• Team management (Management span is assumed to be 5 or more)

Requirements
Required experience and ability
• Experience in HR (salary, social insurance, HR system, etc.) and extensive knowledge related to HR (salary / social insurance, HR-related laws)
• Restructuring / introduction experience related to HR operations, introduction of HR related systems, project promotion experience
• Business-level English language * Interacts with global
