Job Description
This is a a HR Operations position

HR Operations Manager or Specialist who is responsible for delivery of all HR services to employees, managers and management in Japan with supervising 2-3 staff. - This role key areas is C&B and Payroll.
- Manage HR Operations (Compensation & Benefits, Payroll, Performance management & Appraisal, Policy & Procedure implementation Support, Employee Relations, Talent Development, HRIM and Recruiting) to deliver high-level HR Services to employees, managers and management
- Analyze and develop reports on headcount, cost and organizational effectiveness
- Maintain regular KPIs and utilize metrics to drive business process improvements
- Set HR Ops. team goal, provide coaching and develop staff
- Drive productivity improvement and cost reduction opportunities
Participate and/or lead local and international projects

Additional Job Information
- Bachelor Degree
- 5+ years of HR experience
- Good experience and extensive knowledge on compensation (incl. payroll) & benefits
- Broad knowledge of Japanese labor law
- Strong team player with the ability to work independently
- Business level English and fluent in Japanese
