Job Description
- This is a HR operations position:
- HR master management of in-house system
- Time management system maintenance
- Compensation and Benefit coordination and vendor management
- Onboarding support and Leaving support for employees
- Operate in-house training, manage training records
- Various document creation (including translation), control
- Analysis of HR data
- Support for recruitment
- Participation in global projects (introduction of various HR programs)

There will also be some General affairs related work too.

At least 3 years work experience in HR and experiences in the above field.
Language skills: Native level Japanese and business level English.
PC skill (MS Office) Intermediate or higher
College graduate or higher
