職務内容 - The Position:
This is a労務スペシャリスト マネジャー候補・担当者 ~組織強化のための増員~ position.
The business constant expansion in leads to the need of a strong talent to be in charge of the HR Operations strategy. They are looking for candidates who will accept the challenge of planning, improving, proposing and implementing strong initiatives. The company propose a unique opportunity for a Manager to join them in an inspiring, fast-paced, exciting and ever-changing environment. Working directly under the Vice President, you would be responsible for the oversight of the Company’s HR Processes and projects and be an authority for HR policies; all while staying current on employment trends.


必要なスキル・経験 - Required Skills and Experience:
• Design and recommend enhancements, improvements and simplifications of existing HR processes and procedure.
• Support employees and improve employee experience by providing end to end HR solution to solve their issues.
• Support the implementation of global HR initiatives and HR Project management activities.
• Work with international HR teams and ensure legal compliance by monitoring and implementing applicable human resource state requirements.
• Support employee life cycle management processes such as on-boarding management, termination, personal data changes and internal transfers.
• Support relocation, immigration and other responsibilities related to staffing administration.
• Be responsible for vendor management to improve operation and service quality, efficiency and experience.
