Job Description
This is a HR Operations position:
Manage and implement monthly payroll and attendance management processes
Effective communication with company employees
Provision of People Operation Service, such as responding to questions related to employee changes and attendance, welfare-related procedures, issuance of certificates, etc.
Management of employee data
Confirmation of fixed-term employment contracts, dispatch contracts, etc., and issuance of employment contracts.
Workday procedures related to the People Operation Service
Implementation of compliance and benefit measures (management of salary benchmark surveys and annual salary increase processes, creation of Proposals when salary revisions are made, responses to various inquiries from global teams, etc.)
Execution of new employees' procedures for joining the company and retirement procedures

Requirements
HR Operations experience
Knowledge and work experience related to salary and social insurance
Basic knowledge of labor standards law and withholding income tax
English skills
