This is a HR Payroll position
This roles includes
- Salary Calculations and Social Insurance business in general
- Payroll and Data management (around 100 peoples payroll)
- Monthly attendance data management
- End of year adjustment, resident tax management, Labor Insurance, Health benefits payment
- Health checkup processes and preparation

-Salary and Social Insurance business experience
-Native Japanese level with English proficiency
-Someone with strong communications skills and flexibility
-Good understanding of Excel functions including Vlook up
