Job DescriptionHR Recruitment Manager
-Draw up the budget and manage the budget result;
-Make action planning to achieve KPI(Female Ratio、Manager Ratio、Direct Recruiting Ratio、Lead Time.etc,);
-Formulate strategy for sourcing/Channel;
-Make action planning for the efficiency and development of screening process;
-Team management including Offshore team(Dalian);
- Agent/Vendor management(including RPO)
-Contract management with Agent/Vendor;
-Member training, career development.
-More than 3 years work experience of mid-career recruiting business;
-Experience of team management(more than 5 members);
-English skill: business level.
