⚫ Strategic Effective talent acquisition for store management roles for all regions in Japan in a timely manner.
⚫ Proceed the multiple on going proje c ts together with HQ or with corporate functions in Japan.
⚫ Cooperating with retail counterparts, effectively propose organization development ideas
⚫ Design, improve and deliver retail training sessions cooperating with retail training team.
⚫ Maintain effective and accurate data for retail KPIs.
⚫ Cope with employee issues in a timely manner.

⚫ 4 years and more experience in HR , ideally from B to C or Retail, as generalist including recruiting, talent development planning, performance management processes, compensation related experience (such as involved in merit in crease processes
⚫ Good knowledge on strategic talent acquisition
⚫ Well trained Excel skills and good command on English.
⚫ Must be a proactive team player
