職務内容 - The Position:
This is an HR Specialist||人事スペシャリストposition.
The business constant expansion in Japan leads to increase the needs of their HR Team. Today, they are looking for candidates that will accept the challenge of strengthening the Japan branch’s HR in ways that are both simple and effective. As a member of the HR team, you will conceive practical and creative ways to engage the best leading talent in the market. The team is driven and motivated to be knowledgeable partners to our candidates and hiring managers. They are collaborative in problem-solving, with high tenacity in challenging situations.

Requirements
必要なスキル・経験 - Required Skills and Experience:
• Lead all HR Operations including HR systems, HR Processes and Compensation (Icl. Payroll).
• Lead recruitment activities including on/off-board process
• Support development and execution of people procedures, policies and business partnering.
• Support HR objectives and systems development.
• Support employee performance programs and development initiatives.
• Be a leader in proposing new procedures and HR policies to continually enhance HR’s efficiency and the growth of the organization.
• Design and Manage Employee experience.
• Ensure HR legal compliance, regulations and applicable employment laws while update policies and/or procedures as required.
