Talent Management Manager position:

Workforce: Planning and promotion of visualization and optimization of supply/demand of future skills/specialties and construction of personnel flow
・Talent & Impact: Planning and promotion of evaluation/development systems
・Total Rewards: Rewards planning, salary revision, and other plans for Rewards, including non-monetary compensation, research and analysis
・People Experience (Diversity & Wellbeing): Planning and promotion of Wellbeing measures including D&I and work style reform
・HR Tech & Analytics: Planning and promotion of utilization of systems and technologies in the HC field
・Change Management: Planning and promotion of global alignment measures (eg Workday)
