Job DescriptionThis role is responsible for talent strategy the Center of Expertise management position, focusing on the area of Performance Management and talent management.
This leadership role is to develop key talent related strategies and framework and implementing them around talent management, succession planning and leadership development.
This position reports to talent COE GM.
Requirements5 years of business experience in HR or related field.
Experience with a large organization with at least 1000 employees
University degree or equivalent
High level of English and Japanese proficiency in both writing and speaking
Strategic thinking, Change leadership, and strong values with work ethics
Negotiation skill, Influencing skill, coaching skills
