Job DescriptionLead the whole HR Function for Japan as HR VP
- Manage the whole HR division with up to 10 direct subordinate all Manager/Director level.
- Developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
- Work closely with Japan, APAC and global leadership teams for business alignment, retention and growth.
