Our client is looking for an HR generalist who will work 3 days/ week to cover HR tasks in their Japan office. The responsibilities include:
-providing managers and employees with HR support and advice.
-Supporting recruitment activities.
-Managing training and employees' performance.
-Reporting to the regional director.

Requirements
Bachelors degree or above.
minimum 3 years experience in Human resources management.
Japanese native level and English business level.
