職務内容 The Position
This HR Manager role covers both strategic and operations HR Matters, with the main functions as below;
Compensation & Benefits
- Integrate and implement sales incentive at store level for three companies
- Execute salary surveys for each entity
- Manage payroll processes and vendors for each entity -
- Calculate annual incentive for store staff
- Conduct salary reviews.
HRIS & Data Management
- Manage all employee information by payroll system – Peoplesoft and paper-based
- Involvement in system integration for one of the entities
- Make annual budgets and forecasting twice annually.
- Organize and manage annual process of IPM
- Plan and conduct performance and salary / bonus review including MBO
Reporting to HQ
- Manage all reporting tools and data to HQ. This can include Organizational Charts, Recruiting status, head counts, staff list etc.
必要なスキル・経験 Required Skills and Experience
- 5 years or more HR experience
- Some knowledge of Labor Laws and C&B area
- Native Japanese ability with business level English
- Interest in the fashion industry is a plus
