Job Description

This is an HR manager position, reporting directly to CFO
Main responsibilities are policy harmonization after M&A with multiple subsidiaries
- Revise and integrate existing HR policies and benefit plans of each subsidiary
- Design and implement new policies after M&A
- Handle communication and negotiation in the process of policy implementation
- Ensure new policies are in line with Japanese labor law


- 8+ years of experience in Human Resources
- Retail, distributor or B2C industry background is an advantage
- Native Japanese and fluent English
- Good communication skill to handle negotiation in both English and Japanese
