Job Description• To manage and review existing HR policies within the company and ensure HR practices are inline with Japan labor legislation and compliance
•Take charge of the personnel and labor management system
• To take responsibility of the existing C&B team, reviewing payment related affairs
• To manage the HR team, including recruiting, and interviews and assisting in the hiring and on boarding process.
Requirements- Language ability:
Japanese - Fluent
Chinese - Fluent
English - Business Level
- Experience in Human Resources, leadership, would be a benefit
