Job Description
To engage with employees and management and communicate various human resource policies, procedures, laws, standards and government regulations
To provide data to the payroll vendor on monthly basis and check the payroll data
Administer miscellaneous paperwork’s including social security, health insurance and tax related applications
Assist recruiting processes including interview setup, contract filing
Administer onboarding processes and conduct new hire orientation
Day to day contact for employees with benefit related questions and issues
