Job Description
Human Resources Business Partner with responsibility for the Sales Division.Key accountabilities/expectations
-As HRBP, he/she should act as internal HR consultant to respective stakeholders and support to solve their organization issues.
-Proactively seeking any potential risk / issues and work towards resolution with business leaders
-Understanding each talent in the function and planning and supporting to execute their develop plan (incl. planning succession plan for key positions)
-As HR representative, leading recruiting activities collaborating working with recruiting team and conducting HR interview to assess the fit to the organization
-He/she should handle any employee relations matters
Requirements
-Any experiences to act as HRBP in multinational (and mid or large size) organization and/or HR consultant experiences at least 5 years-Business level English communication skill (Reading/Writing and speaking) High Fluency in Japanese (Speaking reading and writing)
-Basic labor law and HR related practice in Japan
