- Be involved with various departments re-organization
- Overall Organizational Development
- Hands on role with both Operational and some strategic responsibilities.
- You will have the opportunity to cover, Talent Management, Salary Planning, Performance Evaluations (annually), Employee Relations, Succession planning and some coaching within L&D.
- You will be involved in globally driven projects that need to be localized for Japan.
Requirements- Native Level Japanese and business english abilities.
- Have strong HR experience, ideally within a operational and strategic background.
