Job Description

This is a Senior Manager role for Talent Acquisition / HR Business Partner
In this position, successful candidate is expected to play double roles as Talent Acquisition Manager and HR Business Partner.
As a Talent Acquisition Manager, your role is to lead Japan Talent Acquisition by designing, developing and driving strategies and initiatives in order to ensure successful delivery of talent acquisition services by partnering with the stakeholders.
At the same time, as HRBP, your role is to partner with the various senior leaders in assigned client groups in order to develop and execute our HR strategies and activities that foster BD Japan business growth as well as individual employee growth.

Requirements

BS/BA degree.
-3 years of progressive Talent Acquisition experiences
-3 years experiences in HR BP role and/or Talent Management / Organization development role.
-Business English
-Strong driver with result orientation
-Proven ability to diagnose problems using strategic thinking skills
-Effective collaboration with a global/regional HR team
-Project/Program Management Skills
-Effective communication skills - written, verbal and listening skills
-Basic understanding to local legal requirements about HR matters.
