Job DescriptionThis is a HR Business Partner position.
The main focal points of this role is to provide Business Partnering Consultations and support to Business Unit leaders/Manager, Overall HR Management including hiring, development, on/off boarding, working contracts.
Oversee Performance evaluations, HR Planning and Reporting and being involved in the development of the company working environment.
Japanese Labor Laws
Good communications with at least N2 Japanese and business level English
A good team player that is reliable and engaged with a large size company.
