Job Description

This is a HR Business Partner position.
HRBP works directly and closely with Company leaders, provides consultations, solutions and help to execute them in the areas of Talent Development, Staffing & Recruiting, Organizational Development, Performance Management and others.
HRBP works and collaborates extensively with other parts of HR team such as Talent Management Group, Labor / Employee Relations, Compensation & Benefit Group and Operations Group.
This role will be combined role with other HR CoE functions as Talent Management / Compensation & Benefit / Labor Relation and etc. Will assign based on the experience and / or development perspectives.
Required to work with HR colleagues to consider the strategic HR initiatives and control its operation as a role of HR CoE

Requirements

More than 4years of HR experience
HRBP experience-preferred
English capability-must
team player-wants to deliver the results by collaborating with members-must
Project management experience-preferred
