Job DescriptionAs the business is continually expanding globally, the company requires a specialist focusing on HR Technology & analysis to be the point of contact for the HRIS and ensuring the system meets the company requirements. Following activities would include, implementing processes to heighten overall employee experience. Following on, the role would include have primary responsibility for the HR reporting strategy as well as implementing and executive HR metrics or dashboard reporting.
Some of the daily tasks include:
To enhance and maintain the Workday system and other HR systems
To communicate and liaise directly with the HR team, IT and other relevant business divisions
To heighten the existing HR systems
To resolve data errors, data correction when required and resolve user queries
To develop tests and documents to arrange changes in order to establish a stable HR workflow.
Requirements 5+ years of experience working with HRIS / HCM Systems - Workday experience preferred
Deep understanding on Human Resources concepts, practices and procedures
Ability to multi-task, evaluate and implement solutions to maintain the overall HRIS/HCM systems
