Job Description
This is a Human Resources Officer position:
- Managing the monthly payroll including the vendor management. Overseeing the employee data.
- Data Management for employee information.
- HRIS: Involvement in the integration of ongoing HR systems / Project support.
- Trusted adviser for HR queries and HR Policies.
- Contribute to the recruitment processes.
- Management of on-boarding, performance management and reviews.

Experience with HR Systems.
Payroll vendor management experience.
Over 3 years HR experience
Fluent Japanese and strong command for the English language.
