Job DescriptionThis is a HR Manager (Standalone) position:
Lead all HR activities and manage each area in Japan and externally.
Handle recruitment needs, Performance Management, training and Development, C&B, Office Management and internal processes and Talent Management / Development.
Labor management will include; Mobility matters, Social Securities, Benefits, Contractual management.
Would work both Operational and Strategic HR.
RequirementsSome who has strong HR experience, ideally in a start up environment or company that has targeted IPO.
Fluent in Japanese and Business English (Overseas communications).
