Job Description
IT Application Support Specialist (Front Office Support including Digital Applications)
Role Description:
 Develop a digital strategy together with the business department for Japan within the Corporate guidelines
 Responsible for implementing the company's digital roadmap in collaboration with Corporate IT
 Actively help the company to achieve positive digital transformation through accurate digital investments
 Contribute to the company's growth and development by being innovative
Main Accountabilities:
 Accountable for driving the prioritization of the technology infrastructure for digital initiatives across all multi-media platforms. Coordinates with other IT functions as a conduit between digital presence and all marketing activities.
 Relevant diagnosis and dispatching of request in case of bad functioning of frontend application and supervision of work assignment and service quality
 User support about every kind of issue related to Functional/Reporting/Intranet Application
 Contribute to system final delivery and project closing
 Propose and take decisions (at relevant level) about innovations/improvements of the support process and tools (also as project member)
 Follow and respect the established quality and procedural guidelines, once the implementation is live
 Project leader to organize, verify and guarantee delivery and quality of user training about front office applications

Requirements
Competencies:
 Ability to support the assessment of future mobile technologies, including smartphones, tablets, MDMs, mobile application management systems and other mobile technologies.
 Knowledge of main operational flows and procedures related to the store applications
 Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills
 Strong oral and written communication skills, including presentation skills
 Ability to work both independently and as part of team
Experience:
 Minimum 2 years of experience in Retail Store support
 Experience in managing projects with autonomy
 Forward leaning knowledge of mobility trends
 Experience in an international environment
 Excellent English speaking and writing
