Job Description
The essential function of the position within the organization is to provide IT support to employees. This candidate must develop knowledge of many different functional groups within company and be able to support their requirements. The position is responsible for assisting computer users with questions and problems, repairing computer hardware, maintaining computer security levels, analyzing current systems for appropriateness, and ensuring user access/connectivity to the company network.
This candidate must be systems savvy professional with an emphasis on general business controls, the ideal candidate has a good grasp of general technology and security controls, as well as deeper expertise in some major sub-domain of these disciplines
Specific Responsibilities include:
• Work with corporate IT helpdesk group
• Work day-to-day issues, troubleshoot as required and address unexpected outages
• Support users, and provide support to offshore team
• Keep track of IT assets
• Provides technical support for Desktop/computer definition, purchase, configuration, installation, maintenance, and upgrades of computer hardware.

• ループの主要拠点はUS、中国、日本となります。本社IT部門の指揮の元に米国・インド等のエンジニアと連携して業務を遂行頂きます。
•  日本国内は、当社本社(高尾)、八王子オフィス(八王子駅前)、協力工場(埼玉県秩父市)が社内ネットワークで結ばれております。
• 各拠点でのネットワーク機器の取扱いやトラブルシューティングなどのため、適宜拠点への出張(外勤)が発生することが見込まれます。
• また、トラブル対応時は、夜間休日の緊急の勤務もあり得ます(※実績:年2~3回程度)。

Requirements and Experience:
• 5+ years of experience in IT industry
• Understanding of WAN, LAN architecture
• Experience supporting Windows Servers and Desktops
• Understanding of AD, WINS, DNS and DHCP
• Understanding MS Exchange and Active Directory
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience

  ・IT業務分野におけるhelp desk等ユーザーサポート経験
  ・英語コミュニケーション(ビジネスレベル以上) ※メール、チャットでのやりとりは毎日。Skypeでの会議は週2~3回程度
  ・日本語コミュニケーション(ビジネスレベル以上) ※サポートするユーザーの殆どは日本人
