Job Description

Job title: IT Helpdesk / POS Support (Internal Helpdesk for users)
Department: IT division

Main responsibilities

 Receive inquiries regarding internal system from the head office and store employees regarding IT Equipment (record incident log, explain to solution to inquiry)
 PC System-related tasks including set up or create a new user account in accordance with the user manual
 Generate instructional documents as needed for users

Requirements:
 Experience with IT Equipment ( PC, Tablet, Printer , Phone, Etc), knowledge and Windows and networking basics
 Communication skills, honesty, humility and integrity
 1 Years or more IT Help desk related work experience is preferred
 Ability to read and write in English also preferred
POS support experience preferred
