Job Description
・Handling Incident Management, conducting meetings, facilitation of meetings with CXO levels, stake holder communications
- Bilingual with good communication skills in Japanese & English and must possess strong ITIL knowledge.

Key responsibilities:
- Major Incident Management
- Initiate & Coordinate bridge calls for incident resolution involving multiple stakeholders / CXOs
- Drive Continuous Improvements

Requirements
Must have skills:
- ITIL (Incident Management in particular)
- Experience in Handling Incident Management
- Fluent Japanese & English Communication Skills (business fluency)
- Meeting Facilitation experience

Good to have skills:
- IT Infrastructure knowledge & skills
- Metrics reporting and documentation
