Job Description
- Responsible of providing 1st level & 2nd level helpdesk service regarding computer soft- and hardware operation
- Responsible for IT setup, configuration, monitoring and troubleshooting tasks for Japan office, warehouses and stores
- Assist team member in IT technical projects or store projects
- Coordinate regularly with Germany and Hong Kong IT teams; Work as a virtual team member in APAC IT team to provide quality IT service to end users in Japan
- Support of communication and messaging applications e.g. Outlook, Skype for business

Requirements: - University graduate is desirable - Minimum 2 years working experiences in IT;
- Service desk experience is an advantage
- Native or fluent Japanese is must and basic conversation level English is required
- Good knowledge of Microsoft (Windows OS servers and workstations),
WAN/LAN, Outlook, Skype for Business is required
- Good interpersonal skills, well organized, self-initiative, reliable
- Occasional weekend standby support is required
- Occasional store on-site support is required - Occasional travel is required
